Seven Ages of Paris: Portrait of a City The Seven Ages of Paris is another book we love and is a must read before your travels plans to Paris. Full of interesting and entreating stories that you won't find in any text book. Such as the the name of trash can in french is poubelle named after the city official that enforced them thought the city. Paris was almost wiped out when Gangus Khan had his eyes on the city, only to change his mind at the last seconde when he heard that the women of Paris we not very attractive and choose to raid another village instead.
