Welcome to the P3 Affiliate Partnership!

We are so happy to have you as a partner and are always updating our partnership offerings to ensure that our partnerships are mutually beneficial. To manage our partnerships and affiliates here are some guidelines that we ask all affiliates to understand, respect, and agree to as a P3 affiliate partner. 

​1. Websites approved for use in the Photo Perfect Paris Affiliate Program

Most blogs and websites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. However, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if we determine that your website contains objectionable material. Your site must also be fully functional with original content. Spam or scraper sites will not be approved. If your site is still in its development stage, please apply after it’s completed.

2. Discount and deal-type websites

We are not offering public Discount Codes at this time. Should you operate a coupon or deal-type website, please be clear in the description section of the Affiliate Program application as to how you intend to promote Photo Perfect Paris.

3. Promoting Photo Perfect Paris without a website

Although promotion through websites is the most popular way our Affiliates promote Photo Perfect Paris, we recognize that different markets have different needs. If you do not include a website to review, please make sure to include details regarding how you plan to market Photo Perfect Paris in the description section of the Affiliate Program application.

4. Using the Photo Perfect Paris name in a domain name

Any affiliate who intends to market a Sophia Pagan Photography name, including but not limited to Photo Perfect Paris, Photo Perfect Europe, and Photo Perfect Brussels, in a top-level domain (eg. www.Photo Perfect Paris-wordpress-themes.com) must obtain written consent from Photo Perfect Paris before execution. Each marketing plan is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Using the Photo Perfect Paris name in URLs, ads, or promotions

While we encourage you to use our brand in your promotions on your site, prior consent is required by Photo Perfect Paris for the use of the term Photo Perfect Paris in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, or other social networking site URLs.

6. Promoting affiliate links on Twitter with the @PhotoPerfParis

While we encourage our Affiliates to engage and participate in Photo Perfect Paris-related discussions using the Twitter tagging @PhotoPerfParis, spam links that include an obscured affiliate link are prohibited.

7. Promoting affiliate links on Instagram with the @PhotoPerfParis

While we encourage our Affiliates to engage and participate in Photo Perfect Paris-related discussions using the Instagram tagging @PhotoPerfectParis, spam links that include an obscured affiliate link are prohibited.

8. Using Affiliate Links on Pinterest

While we encourage you to pin our content to your boards, undisclosed affiliate links on Photo Perfect Paris-related Pinterest pins are strictly prohibited. Links to the original photo should include www.PhotoPerfectParis.com as the image source. 

9. Using Affiliate Links on all other social media platforms

Always credit Photo Perfect Paris within a social media posting as a clickable link to our website, a tag link to our corresponding social media page, and/or as a hashtag, We require that you include at least one of these forms of crediting as is appropriate for the social media platform you are using. 

10. Affiliate Promotions and Giveaways

As a general rule, Photo Perfect Paris will not cross-promote Affiliate promotions, giveaways, or any other marketing. Our affiliate program is designed to help your business, offer value to your clients, and create an additional income stream for you. To help you do that we offer generous promotional material in which Photo Perfect Paris is responsible for the actual work and value of the promotion or giveaway and you are solely responsible for the marketing and execution of your campaigns. Other reasons we do not cross-promote campaigns are (1) Promoting an affiliate campaign would essentially be us giving away our services for free and/or at a discount and paying you for it if you are earning a commission​. (2) To stay a neutral third party to any competing affiliate partners we cannot promote brands and/or marketing campaigns. Although we do offer linkbacks to our qualifying affiliate partners, we do it solely as a neutral third party and in no way influence the decisions of our clients. However, we recognize there may be situations where your business makes sales in such a way that this process is preferable. Since we monitor transactions for self-sales, we ask that you get in touch with us before you begin using your links for sales so we can set up an arrangement that meets your processing needs.

11. Affiliate Promotions and Giveaways Limits

Affiliate Partners are allowed one yearly giveaway for a 30-minute Sherry Package. The "year" is calculated from the end of your last promotion. Giveaways and promotions are only allowed for (1) new Referral Partners and Affiliates and (2) Referral Partners and Affiliates who have had a minimum of three referral bookings.

All giveaway campaigns must include the following:

(1) Photo Perfect Paris logo.

(2) Photo Perfect Paris image from our approved promotional photographs.

(3) Tag and/or link to Photo Perfect Paris's corresponding social media page and/or website.

(4) Campaign design approval or creation by Photo Perfect Paris.

(5) At least a 3-month notice on the campaign's intended launch date. 

Winners of the promotion will be given a code to claim their free session at booking checkout. Winners will have 1 year from winning date to book a session. Prizes cannot be transferred, extended, or combined with any other discounts. 

12. Exclusions of Affiliate Program

Commission and/or discounts are only applicable to the portrait session and not to any other after-booking costs or add-on services associated with the portrait session. No commissions will be given on giveaways or promotional portrait sessions. Commissions cannot be combined with any other other discount offerings. Should a guest cancel a booking, no commission fee will be paid for the booking. No commissions are paid for booking reservation fees. 

13. Violation of Affiliate Program

If you have a concern that you may be violating any of our guidelines, please contact us. Chances are, we can find a way to work through this without any issues. That said, Affiliates found to violate the Affiliate Program Guidelines will forfeit commissions relating to either the specific transaction in violation or all commissions assigned. Excessive violations will result in termination of the violating party’s Affiliate account. We’d prefer not to go there, so please get in touch with us if you have any questions whatsoever.
